How long does it usually take for my part to arrive?

Typically, it takes somewhere between 2-7 business days. However, sometimes due to unusual circumstances like weather delays, order volumes, holidays, etc., it may take some additional time.

How does my part arrive?
Depending on the part ordered, your used part will arrive either on a 3×3 pallet, shrink wrapped and drained of all fluids. Your part will arrive in a POD. A POD is a special container designed for the shipping of the part and core return.
Will I be receiving the exact part I searched for on your website?

B5s4parts parts are interchangeable within multiple years, makes and models. Same part throughout multiple year range will result in an exact fit for multiple makes and models as determined by our standards.

Whats will be included with my used engine?

Engines come complete, without AC Compressor, Starter, Alternator or Power Steering Pump. Parts left on the engine block are for convenience purposes only.

Yes, our Used and Remanufactured transmissions always come with torque converter.

No, we have a Flat Rate Shipping (Commercial address) which will appear to your order total during checkout. The shipping cost will depend on your location which will be automatically detected from the device you are using to access our website. Our delivery service will result in additional fee depending on the product size. Under normal circumstances order are received within 2-7 Business Days (Excluding weekends and Holidays). Please note, certain locations (remote areas) as well as certain locations in CO, UT, MT, NY, OR, CA may result in additional delivery fee. However, due to increasing order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. Please note all shipping times are estimates and not guarantees
 

B5s4parts accepts the use of credit cards,  but due to the complex nature of the product and how clients want to get in touch with the support service before completing their order, we have temporally put down the use of credit card and implement other flexible payment methods such as PayPal, Zelle, Bitcoin and more.

Our sales and customer support team will get it processed once the order has been placed and payment confirmed. You will be contacted if any additional information is needed. You will receive your tracking number, once your order is shipped. Please allow for 2 – 7 Business Days (Excluding weekends and Holidays) for your order to arrive.
